The students at MNJHS participated in some fun Red Ribbon week activities last week. Our students pledged to be drug free and we created a chain of their signatures that stretches all the way down the hall. Students learned the purpose of Red Ribbon week and Kiki Camarena's story. Dress up days included Crazy Hair, Wear Red, PJ Day, and Hat Day. Competitions were held at lunch time for students with the craziest hair and those who wore the most red. The winners of the Craziest Hair were Haylee Carlile (8th grade), Kayla Spieth (7th grade), and Hannah Wheelwright (9th grade). Thanks to our wonderful student council for their decorations and help with the contests!
